NoCodeFusion - Terms of Service

By installing or using the NoCodeFusion Chrome Extension (“Extension”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Extension.

NoCodeFusion is a Chrome extension that provides users with AI-driven tools for generating no-code components directly in Bubble.io, among other features. The extension allows you to generate designs, code, and functionality that can be pasted into the Bubble editor.

3. Use of the Extension

You may use NoCodeFusion only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Extension in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension or the data contained therein.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.

4. Privacy and Data Usage

We value your privacy. NoCodeFusion does not collect or store personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. 5. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality provided by the NoCodeFusion Extension, including but not limited to the design, code, and associated features, are the intellectual property of NoCodeFusion or its licensors. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the Extension without express written permission from NoCodeFusion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The NoCodeFusion Extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoCodeFusion, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Extension.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to NoCodeFusion without prior notice or liability if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.
